The dominant financial type of the residents of a house is described according to the six financial types:

  2. the yield-oriented financial professional
  3. the provision-oriented financial customer
  4. the aspiring financial newcomer
  5. the disinterested financial customer
  6. the distrustful financial customer

" The confident financial professional
The confident financial professional is characterized by a high account balance, especially with securities. They are interested in home/direct banking and have at least three forms of investment with a high affinity for real estate. He usually has two or more building society savings contracts, prefers fixed-interest forms of savings and is normally a shareholder.

" The yield-oriented financial professional
The yield-oriented financial professional has an extensive range of accounts, especially securities and credit cards. His interest in home/direct banking is above average. He has at least three forms of investment and prefers to invest in real estate. He rarely has building society savings contracts, but has a high affinity for fixed-interest forms of savings; he is also generally a shareholder.

" The provision-oriented financial customer
The provision-oriented financial customer has a medium to extensive account, primarily with fixed-term deposits and a savings account. They are definitely interested in direct banking and tend to have two forms of investment with a high affinity for real estate. He usually takes out two or more building society savings contracts or generally prefers fixed-interest forms of savings. He usually does not own any shares, but has definitely planned to buy shares.

" The aspiring financial newcomer
The aspiring financial newcomer has a very low account balance. They mainly have credit cards and are more interested in home/direct banking. As a rule, they have three forms of investment, although they make their selection with a low affinity for real estate. He takes out two or more building society savings contracts and has a high affinity for fixed-interest forms of saving. He generally does not own shares, but the probability of acquiring shares at a later date is very high.

The distrustful financial customer
The distrustful financial customer has a very low account balance, and above all does not have a credit card. They are not interested in home/direct banking. He usually has no or at most one type of investment and has no affinity for real estate. He generally does not take out home savings contracts and has no affinity for fixed-income savings vehicles. He generally does not own any shares and has no plans to buy any.
