To support the sales department, we are looking for a full-time Junior Sales Consultant (m/f/d) at the Bonn location as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- Support of the sales team: Participation in the acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers as well as support in the maintenance and further development of customer relationships
- Market and competitive analysis: conducting market analysis to identify new business opportunities and analyzing competitive data and developing strategies to position our products and services
- Creation of sales documents: preparation and creation of offers, presentations and sales documents; support in the creation of customized solutions for customer requirements
- Sales and marketing campaigns: Collaboration in the planning and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and support in the organization of and participation in trade fairs and events to represent the company
- CRM management: Maintenance and updating of customer and sales data in our CRM system as well as support in the analysis of CRM data to optimize sales processes
- Reporting and analyses: Preparation of regular sales reports and analyses to support the sales team, evaluation of sales figures and derivation of recommendations for action
We are enthusiastic:
- A successfully completed degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study
- First professional experience in sales or a completed commercial apprenticeship is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of geomarketing and location intelligence desirable
- High affinity for technical topics and digital solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to convey complex technical issues in an understandable way

- Customer support and retention: Main contact person for our customers in the telecommunications, energy, retail, real estate, banking and insurance sectors

- A strong customer focus and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an understandable way
- A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team round off your profile
