- Provision of a job bike for climate-neutral mobility
- Job ticket for climate-friendly travel to work
- Regular employee training on saving energy and heat
- Business trips with electric vehicles or Deutsche Bahn
- Home office regulation for all employees
- Flexible working hours with part-time options
- Promoting health in the workplace with ergonomic office furniture
- Training and further education offers
- Effective waste separation
- Sponsored company fitness offers for all employees
- Low-waste food/reusable bottles (fruit basket, central water dispenser)
